Our cattle are selectively bred for improved marbling, rib eye size and tenderness.

Cattle are 18 – 24 months old and processed at their peak size for delivering the best taste.

We offer a range of finishing options, including 100% Grass-Fed or Grain-Finished to meet your specific tastes.  Whether you want to purchase individual cuts, custom packages or whole, half or quarter portions, we have the options to fit your needs.  All our beef is USDA inspected and pricing includes dry aging and vacuum seal processing.
